About me
I started this blog to share my new found knowledge and love of couponing. I also wanted a place to share recipes. In just a few short months I was able to build up a nice food storage and more. I also got some great new recipes that are now family favorites. This summer the state of the economy hit home when my husband lost his job. Luckily we had my couponing and food storage to fall back on. We were able to live on our food storage while buying minimal necessities from the store. My blog however suffered and couponing took a back seat as I went back to work while my husband looked for a new job. We were truly blessed when my husband found his new job. It was much more than we had hoped for and are grateful for it everyday. I am now back to full time mommy and house wife (with a few hours of outside work a month for my sanity). Now that we're getting caught back up on bills and such it's time to start building our food storage back up and getting back into the couponing game including doing more with my blog. I'm excited to continue this adventure and hope that you'll join me and add anything you find along your journey. =) Kristin

Like you have all the time in the world with 2 small children! And, Melissa has been doing it for a while now. Besides, I think we were all supposed to be helping you right? I haven't been much help!
