Cafe Rio
I made the Cafe Rio pork & rice recipe's tonight. They were amazing. I broke my no more shopping this month rule again today =( I really wanted to make this recipe and didn't have most of what I needed. So I went to Smith's and took advantage their RX transfer promotion. They loaded $25 on to my Fresh Values card so I only ended up spending about $10. Anyways, I highly recommend the Cafe Rio recipe's. They were fairly simple and turned out wonderful.

As a recipient of said pulled pork and rice, I can say it was better than anything I've eaten at Cafe Rio, Costa Vida etc. and the rice was to die for!
